Visualisation and your Brandberg Crystal
Visualisation is a powerful technique which builds
on our innate capacity to represent images in the mind's eye. We do it all
the time in everyday life, of course. Someone gives us directions and we
automatically start to construct a mental picture. The Brandberg crystal
provides a point of focus for an introspective visualisation.
SUGGESTION:
1 Picture yourself growing from the earth, attached to the ground, stablised.
2 Picture yourself leaving your physical body, gliding into the crystal.
Look around inside, feel free to travel within it.
If you see light, go towards it. It is likely that you will find yourself
entering an entirely perfectly symetrical chamber, where you will find the
spirt of the crystal. This spirit often appears as an animal, totem, man
or women. Say 'hello' and ask a question -about the crystal itself or anything
that you would like help in understanding.
When ready, say 'goodbye' to the guardian and leave as you entered. Take
a few quick breaths and lift your legs up and down. Once you feel yourself
back in the here and now, open your eyes and get your bearings. You may
well feel spacey or light headed. If you do experience
this, eat something. There's nothing like food to bring us back into contact
with our physical being.
